From here onwards, “ViroSys” will simply be referred to as “we” and “us”.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
    By purchasing a product from us, you hereby agree that we are not responsible for any damages and that we accept no liability for any problems that may occur as a result of using our products inappropriately. Our products are designed to work with the software and version associated, but not third-party emulations or non-updated versions. We can’t guarantee support for our products for any technical issues, though questions may be directed at
thesynthforger@gmail.com and answered at our discretion. Always be sure to contact us through the e-mail you used to purchase our product(s) and have with you the PayPal transaction ID.

DELIVERY AGREEMENT
    When you complete payment for your order, we will be notified of your transaction and send you an e-mail with the purchased content. Keep in mind that this is a non-automated delivery process, and on rare occasions, there may be a significant delay between the moment of your payment and the moment you receive the e-mail with the purchased content. As we are a small team, delivery might not be always immediate, but we’ll strive to deliver your content in up to 24 hours straight, counting from the moment we receive the notification of your successful transaction. If required, you may request the information for our time of notification. In the unlikely event that you have not received your purchased content at all, please, don’t hesitate and promptly contact us at
thesynthforger@gmail.com. Always be sure to contact us through the e-mail you used to purchase our product(s) and have with you the PayPal transaction ID.

REFUND AGREEMENT
    Should a problem arise with the installation of our products or an issue that would otherwise prevent intended usage of our products, we offer a full refund for your troubles via PayPal. Contact
thesynthforger@gmail.com with a detailed description of your issue. Keep in mind that your issue and the description you provide will be subject to analysis, and in case your issue’s cause does not classify as a valid reason, your refund request can be denied. The time limit to issue a refund is 24 hours after the e-mail dispatch of our product(s). If required, you may request the information for our time of dispatch. Always be sure to contact us through the e-mail you used to purchase our product(s) and have with you the PayPal transaction ID.

 

UPDATES TO OUR PRODUCTS
    Should an update be made to one of our products, you will be notified via email or on our website, and those updates should be posted on our social media. Updates to products are free and will not cost any money. In order to deliver an update, we require the email address you used to purchase our product.
